Rate: $40/hr
Includes:
• Birth plan development
• Evidence-based education
• Emotional support and stress management
• Partner/family preparation
• Navigation of prenatal care options
• Referrals to community resources
• Preparation for labor and postpartum
Postpartum Doula Support
Rate: $30-$50/hr
Includes:
• Emotional adjustment support
• Infant feeding education (non-clinical)
• Newborn care guidance/education
• Maternal recovery support
• Screening support and referrals for
postpartum mood disorders
• Light household cleaning and meal prep
Birth Doula Packages
Rate: $1,500 – $3,000
Package options may include:
• 2–4 prenatal visits
• On-call availability (37–42 weeks)
• Continuous labor presence and birth support
• Immediate postpartum support
• 1 postpartum follow-up visit
Full Spectrum Doula Support
Rate: TBD / Sliding Scale
Includes:
• High Risk Pregnancy/
Extended Postpartum support
• NICU family support
• Transportation and some errands on a
case-by-case basis
