This consultation is offered with humility, care, and a heart for service—centered on your needs, your values, and your story.

Once scheduled, you will receive confirmation with details on how we will meet (phone, video, or in person). No preparation is required. You are welcome to come as you are—whether you feel confident, uncertain, or somewhere in between.
DURING YOUR CONSULTATION
Your free consultation typically lasts 30–45 minutes and is relaxed, confidential, and judgment‑free.

We will begin with a gentle welcome and introductions. I will share my background as a retired Maternal‑Child Health nurse with years of experience and my calling to full‑spectrum doula care through Salvation’s Child.
Your Story Comes First
You will have space to share where you are in your pregnancy, birth, or postpartum journey, along with any hopes, concerns, or questions. This time is focused on listening, understanding, and honoring your experience.
Understanding Doula Support
I will explain what full‑spectrum doula support looks like and how I serve families emotionally, physically, and informationally. We’ll also discuss how my professional training and certifications support informed, confident decision‑making.
Faith‑Centered, Respectful Care
If faith is important to you, we can talk about how spiritual encouragement and values‑based support can be thoughtfully incorporated—always guided by your comfort level and preferences.
Services and Next Steps
We’ll review available doula services and what working together could look like. There is no pressure or obligation to decide during the consultation—only clarity and peace as you consider your next steps.
